VIII International Art Festival
"Slavonic Bazaar - 98"

In 1998, the Festival sponsors came out with an offering to hold it in Vitebsk (Belarus) with its later moving to Ukraine and further to Russia. That original and attractive, on the one hand, and cost-effective, on the other hand, project has not yet been supported by the government of Belarus and the Russia’s Ministry of Culture.
As a result, Slavonic Bazaar ‘98 was held only in Odessa and Saratov.
